Returns Policy
You have the option to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Here is the estimated timeline for the refund process:
- Return Initiation: You can initiate a return by logging into your account, accessing the order through the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and clicking the "Return Item(s)" button.
- Refund Processing: After we receive your returned item, it typically takes us 3 to 5 business days to process the return.
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request.
- Total Refund Timeline: In total, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the time you hand over your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds may be processed more quickly.
We will also notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your returned item, including details of your refund.
